Current Availability: 

Thank you for inquiring! I am currently offering both in-person and tele-health appointments as availability permits.  Please reach out to me to schedule an appointment or to join my waitlist. My office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You may also indicate if you are interested specifically in therapy/counseling, yoga, private/group events, or coaching sessions. 

Investment:

I do currently accept most insurance, and I am willing to discuss payment plans and/or sliding scale options if cash payment is your preferred method.  Session cost is $200/Initial Intake Session, $185/Session thereafter for individual therapy.  Please inquire for partner/couples therapy & family therapy pricing. Oftentimes insurance does not cover couples therapy unless it is deemed medically necessary.  Depending on your insurance type, benefits, and deductible, sessions may be offered at a reduced rate. Additionally I accept cash apps, credit card payments, and HSA.  If you have further questions about this please feel free to contact me directly

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.  Consider asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits: Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
